EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
The Jewish Association on Aging Presents: The 3 Painters will take place on Thursday, June 30th, at Stage AE in Pittsburgh. Registration and Reception will begin at 6 pm and The 3 Painters will take the stage around 7:30.

PARKING
Free parking will be available in Heinz Field Gold Lot #1. The address of Gold Lot #1 is 792 West General Robinson Street, Pittsburgh PA 15212. Directions are available here: https://bit.ly/3LltEuI. A downloadable parking pass will be emailed to you as part of your ticket package and you will need to print the pass to display in your vehicle in order to enter the lot. If you are unable to print your parking pass, please contact Ashley Crosby by Monday, June 20th, by calling 412-586-2690 or at acrosby@jaapgh.org.
Limited accessible parking is available in Gold Lot #2, which is located at 358 N Shore Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. If you or your guests require accessible parking and did not indicate that during the check-out process, please contact Ashley Crosby as soon as possible.
Please make sure that you and any applicable guests are able to show your parking pass to an attendant in one of the above mentioned lots as we are unable to guarantee access to free parking without it. Additional pay parking is available around the venue but may be limited and cost a higher rate due to a Pittsburgh Pirates game taking place at PNC Park that evening.
CHECK-IN
Check-in This is a ticketed event and entrance is based on individual ticket sales or inclusion as a guest on a group sponsorship. If you are the ticket purchaser and you plan to arrive separately from your guests, please make sure to provide them with a printed, or forwarded, copy of your ticket. NO GUEST WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE EVENT WITHOUT A SCANNABLE TICKET (PRINTED OR ON A MOBILE DEVICE) OR IF THEIR NAME IS NOT ON OUR LIST OF ATTENDEES. If you do not have the ability to print your ticket or do not use a mobile device, please contact Ashley Crosby by Monday, June 24, by calling 412-586-2690 or at acrosby@jaapgh.org.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
There is no official dress code for the event but we do recommend comfortable footwear!
WHAT TO BRING
Please ensure that you and any guests have access to your ticket(s) and parking pass(es) prior to arrival.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Per venue guidelines, guests will be required to go through metal detectors before entering. As this is a private event, bags are permitted, but items such as outside food and/or alcohol or anything that may cause a safety hazard (ex: weapons, flammable items/liquids, etc) are not.
COVID PRECAUTIONS
All appropriate COVID precautions will be followed during the event.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Sponsorships and individual tickets will be available for purchase online until Monday, June 27th. All guest information (including name, email, and any accessibility considerations) will need to be provided to Ashley Crosby at acrosby@jaapgh.org by June 17th, but last minute adjustments can be made until 11 AM on the day of the event.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
All major credit cards can be used to purchase sponsorships or tickets online. Guests can also choose to complete their registration online and select the "pay by check" option. Checks should be mailed to The Jewish Association on Aging, Attn: Development, 200 JHF Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15217 and will need to be received no later than 14-days after registration to finalize your purchase. If payment has not been received, registration will be voided.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
Individual tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
VIEW-AT-HOME OPTION
If you do not wish to attend the event in person but would still like to support JAA and see the performance, you may enjoy the show in the comfort of your home. During the week leading up to the event, ticket holders who elected to purchase the View-at-Home option will receive an internet link with directions about how to access the show on your computer or smart TV. This ticket type does not include food.
EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Because this event is an important fundraiser to benefit JAA residents and services, no discounts or refunds will be given if the event is canceled as it will be made available to all attendees as a virtual View-At-Home event.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, return to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket.
